- 59.14 ml asian fish sauce (nam pla)
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 44.37 ml pureed lemongrass
- 29.58 ml grated fresh ginger
- 9.85 ml ground cinnamon
- 9.85 ml mild curry powder
- 9.85 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml fennel seeds or 4.92 ml anise, crushed in a mortar to a fine powder
- Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate covered up to several days.
