    Main-Dish Nut Balls

    Prep Time: 15 mins

    Total Time: 30 mins

    1. 1 Place the sunflower seeds, cashews and peanuts in a blender and grind them.
    2. 2 The size of the ground pieces is not very important, but make sure they are not too big.
    3. 3 Place the ground nuts in a medium-sized bowl and add the bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, tamari, celery seed, and basil.
    4. 4 Mix well and shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
    5. 5 Place the tomato sauce in a large pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
    6. 6 Drop the balls into the sauce.
    7. 7 Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
