  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Mix together the 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and the 2 tablespoons molasses.
  • Grill the chops over medium-hot coals for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops, turning once and basting with teriyaki sauce and molasses mixture several times.

  1. This is a very tasty pork chop dish! I just loved the glaze and wish that it permeated through the meat more. Next time I think I will marinate the pork chops in the sauce for a couple of hours, then also use it for a glaze. I'm always looking for good pork grilling recipes and this one fit the bill - thanks for sharing!
