I am sorry to say that this recipe is not that good. I don't want to bad mouth anyone's recipe, but I am really not satisfied w/ the taste.

  1. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add fish and onion; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Turn fish over.
  5. Stir in wine, vinegar, and capers; cook 3 minutes.
  6. Remove fish from pan.
  7. Cook wine mixture an additional 3 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup.
  8. Serve sauce with fish; sprinkle with parsley.
