- 3 red peppers or 3 orange peppers or 3 yellow peppers

- Cut fish filet to taste, salt and pepper and place a tablespoon of vegetable aceti.
- Cook on the grill for about 5 minutes per side.
- Then serve and cover the fish with chili sauce.
