Magical Pinwheels

Soft flour tortillas with Braunschwieger and cream cheese sprinkled with a magical combo of garlic powder and crushed red peppers all rolled up for a fast and delicious appetizer they will LOVE!

Ingredients:

Serves: 6-8

Yield: 24.0 pinwhee ...

• 4 medium flour tortillas (Mi Rancho Gorditas )
• 1 (8 ounce) package liver spread (Farmer John Brand )
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 6 slices honey-roasted ham
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder (Not Garlic Salt)
• 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:

1. Lay out Flour tortillas and spread a thin layer of Braunschwieger,.
2. Next spread a second layer of Cream Cheese over it,.
3. Layer the Honey Ham next,.
4. Lightly sprinkle with Garlic Powder,and finish with a light sprinkle of Crushed red Peppers evenly on each one. Start at one end and roll tightly.( like a jelly roll.) Push tooth picks through roll in a row and cut in between each tooth pick to make single servings.

OMG, was this delicious! We love Braunschwieger, and this has become our new liver spread favorite! The heat is just enough to give it that extra umph!
