- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄4 cup corn oil
- In a double boiler melt chips and butter together.
- Once melted add oil.
- Pour over ice cream and it will harden.
I tried it several different ways... I found that adding real butter made it a little too buttery, but just adding canola oil until thin and syrupy was just right!
I'm planning on using this for some chocolate covered Strawberries for Mother's Day for my mommie. :3
