Very easy to do and once you get the amount of salt and pepper to add down... the soup is fantastic. Only problem if you want to make more than the glass full it is a pain. The 1qt blender attachment will spill over at 4 servings and make a big mess as well as maybe not fitting in your microwave.
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable stock
- 1⁄3 cup cream or 1⁄3 cup milk or 1⁄3 cup low-fat yogurt
- salt and pepper
