This was REALLY good! I am not a corn lover and I really loved it like this. The rest of the family love corn and they all liked this as a change, especially the kids. I did scale the recipe down, and I halved the dill because I was a little nervous about it...but next time I'm going for it! Thanks, Nurse Di!

I'm not sure I would make this again and if I did I would eliminate the dill and cut down on the Italian spice.

My whole family thought this was an excellent way to prepare corn. We love the flavors of corn and dill together so this was right up our alley. The thyme and Italian seasoning added to the zesty flavor. Very simple and easy to make. I had to use store-bought frozen corn but can't wait to try this with fresh corn in the summertime. Thanks Nurse Di.

Good, not quite so ordinary way to fancy up some frozen corn. Went nicely with our quick and easy chimichanga dinner tonight. I adjusted the recipe to just 2 cups of corn. Next time I will leave out the salt as I thought it was unneccessary and just a bit much. Otherwise lovely combination of seasonings!

This was a great side dish, something a little different, but not too 'extravagent'! I scaled things back to a 16 oz package of frozen corn as there were only 5 of us and I had other things I was serving. My guests loved it, there wasn't any left. Personally, I liked the flavours but I might bump it up next time. And like another reviewer, I can't wait to try this on fresh corn in summer.

A little late getting in this review. I made this corn dish for Thanksgiving. It was very popular with my family and there was none left-over. I thought the different herbs went together well and gave an interesting and delicious flavor. I usually cook whole-kernel corn with a little butter and salt but this was very good and a nice change from usual. Thanks Nurse di.
