A rich very tangy and tasty green peppercorn sauce, ideal for steak!

Directions

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Add tomato sauce and English mustard and green peppercorns.
  3. Fry for 3 minutes, till bubbling.
  4. Add brandy, flambe till alcohol burnt out.
  5. Add cream and simmer on low heat until desired thickness is reached.
