Great recipe! Made this for my family tonight. It was perfect for my dad who is on a low sodium diet and I took some out and put it in a separate pan for mum before the cayenne went in because she doesn't like spicy food. There is no better compliment then having no leftovers. I used legs (couldn't get breasts). The flavours were great! The lemon was tangy, the ginger and cayenne were spicy and the pepper was sweet Wonderful!.

This was good and easy to prepare. The cayenne pepper and ginger give it some heat- so might want to take it easy if you only like mild spice. I used lite coconut milk to cut down on calories. Thank you!

Great recipe! Really loved the flavor combination! DH loved the heat that the cayenne pepper gave it! This definitely a keeper! Made for ZWT4.

I love the word Madagascar, and I love this dish. It's so easy to make and pleases so many tastebuds. I served this to a group of exchange students, so it has won a popularity contest in five countries.

DH and I made this for dinner tonight. I really enjoyed the wonderful balance of flavors. I thought the citrus/coconut/ginger combination was very complimentary and really came through in the dish and the cayenne gave it nice heat. DH liked it, but was not as enthusiastic as I was. However, I am out-voting him tonight. It was fast to prep and put together. Thanks for an enjoyable meal! Made for ZWT4.
