Quick, easy to make Macaroni Salad with a touch of dill to give it a little extra zip. This can be easily altered by adding additional veggies, like carrots, green peppers, or diced tomatoes. For a more hearty salad, diced chicken can also be added. Light mayo can be substituted to reduce calories.

  1. Cook, drain, and rinse pasta. Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.

Very easy and tasty! I left out the onion and added grape tomatoes and cucumber, and used whole grain rotini pasta. I think I'll try a little bit more dill the next time.

Very easy and very nice dill flavor. I used a sweet onion instead of a red onion, so mine wasn't as colorful as it should have been... but still tasted great. The only other thing I did was add a dash of salt. Thanx for a quick and easy picnic salad!
