A little bland for my taste. Perhaps just a touch of dried red chili pepper.
This basically the recipe my mother made. Green olives are a must in my opinion. I will add onions, finely chopped.
The ingredients of this recipe, are common staples on my shelf. That is why I like this recipe and also it tastes good. Some red pepper might help to add a little more color. I like the photo *Parsley* posted with the paprika sprinkled on top. I%u2019d like to try some red chili pepper next time I make this, adding ? tsp at a time and see what happens. Very good! I loved the tangy flavor and the addition of the green olives. I used the reduced-fat mayo and it was fine. I just added salt and pepper to taste and a sprinkle of paprika to garnish. Thanx for sharing!
A new family favorite! Thanks so much for the recipe!
Tried this recipe last night and served with hot dogs on a roll and baked beans. Made it with whole wheat macaroni. Every good recipe.
My family loved it. I made it for a family get together. Everyone said it was really good and it all disappeared. Perhaps some say it is bland, guess I love bland because it was great as written. Thanks for sharing, Robbie!
Great Recipe!!! I did add grated cucumber and carrot (1 each), as well as 2 T. chunked sweet pickle. AWESOME!!!! Will become my #1 mac salad recipe!
I loved this recipe. I omitted the celery & green olives (because I didn't have any), and added softened sun dried tomatoes instead. I served it at a family get together & it was a huge hit. This recipe is sure to become a new family tradition.
an old school simple recipe, i liked it alot. however, i did omit the eggs.
