Whenever I make this recipe it always reminds me of my childhood and Grandma. This is souper, creamy comfort food!
- 1 1⁄2-2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Cut Velveeta into chunks.
- Mix cooked macaroni, tomatoes, salt& pepper into a prepared casserole dish.
- Bake 350 for thirty minutes.
- Enjoy as a main or side dish!
