I made this and it was extremely dry. Not a creamy type of mac and cheese. I mixed some butter in it and one of my kids put ketchup in it (yuck) but next time I will probably add a bit of milk or something to make it creamier. I like it with the cottage cheese gave it a great flavor.

This was insanely good! I followed the directions exactly, except for only using one egg. I discovered halfway into the prep that I only had one left. It didn't seem to matter, though, and this came out very well and set quite nicely even though it was technically "missing" an egg. I used lite sour cream and lite cottage cheese also.

Delicious! This was quick, easy and tasty - which makes it a winner for me! I added another 1/2 cup (uncooked) pasta and also a 1/4 tsp black pepper. Used cheddar-jack cheese. This recipe is going into my "repeat" file! Thanks!
