directions

  • Prepare macaroni according to package directions; Drain.
  • Combine onion, olives, eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
  • Add macaroni, Parmesan cheese, and American cheese and toss together.
  • Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan with butter or margarine and lightly sprinkle with flour.
  • Pour macaroni mixture into Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
  • Loosen edges with rubber spatula and invert onto serving platter.

  1. This slices well and I cut down on the parmesan cheese and added a little dry mustard. I served with a light tasting milk gravy, so it would bring out the flavors of the macaroni. I also used white pepper.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
