  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
  • Shred cheddar and Swiss cheese.
  • Melt butter then add flour, mustard powder and onion powder to make a rue. Let the rue cook gently for a few minutes.
  • Add milk and Worcestershire sauce to rue and continue to cook over low heat until thoroughly combined. Add shredded cheese to sauce mixture.
  • Pour sauce over pasta and transfer to baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until browned.
