  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Brown beef.
  3. Add onion and green pepper and sauté until vegetables soften.
  4. Drain off excess fat.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook 15 min, stirring occasionally.

Very good. I made it as is except I used half beef and half turkey, and Dream Fields brand macaroni.
