  1. Thumbs up from the whole family! I used some Velveeta cheese also (mixed in the sauce mixture) and some shredded swiss in between the layers also. It was very good.

  2. I have made this numerous times. Absolutely the BEST mac and cheese recipe in the world in my humble opinion. It is also the only mac and cheese I will ever make again and again and again!!!

  3. Easy, tasty, and the hot sauce adds just the right kick! I will be passing this one on to friends!! ty

  4. This is an excellent Mac and cheese recipe. Evie said she used noodles, well I used macaroni(which might be the same to her) and this is just outstanding. The hot sauce just gives it a little zip, which I really like. BCD

  5. So cheesy and good - easy to make, too. I added quite a few dashes of hot sauce, and next time will probably do even more (we love spicy), and maybe even a dash or two of worchestershire sauce to deepen the flavor. I only had a 3 qt. baking dish, but the entire recipe fit in the dish and baked up just great. To get a bit more browning, I broiled it on high for about 4 minutes. Delicious recipe that we'll be snacking on all day while watching football (and napping, no doubt). Thanks for posting this - really, really tasty!
