YUM, what a great twist on your usual hummus. The macadamias add a wonderful taste and texture to this and the basil takes it over the top. Very fresh, flavourful and creamy! I used this as a spread with crudites and loved it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this with us, NorthwesGal!

This is wonderful hummus. The roasted macadamia nuts gave a deeper flavor. I served it for our Fathers Day Luau and it was a big hit with everyone. Delicious! Made for ZWT 7.
