Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. When I lived in college with my roommates, getting them to eat a complete meal was pretty tough! So I threw this idea together to get everyone to eat a full meal.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) box Simply Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chunk chicken
  • 12 cup Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
  • 12 cup broccoli
  • 13 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Prepare your macaroni and cheese.
  2. Stir in canned chicken and cooked broccoli.
  3. Place the whole thing into a casserole dish.
  4. Add panko to the top.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until hot.
