  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 12 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb Little Smokies sausage (HIllshire Farms)

  • Mix all together.
  • Bake at 225 for 2 hours.
  • If needed, you can adjust the milk to thin or thicken cheese.
