From Vegetarian Times; a Costa Rican favorite.
- 1⁄2 ripe cantaloupe, cut in 1-inch pieces (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- sugar, to taste
- 5 -6 ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients to a blender; puree until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses with a cantaloupe spear decorating the rim of each glass.
