I like some parmesan sprinkled on these. The original recipe didn't have quantities listed and I always guess quantities anyway, so I hope I have guessed correctly for posting.

Delicious and easy! I made 1/2 of the recipe, using my last sheet of puff pastry! I made a couple of variations. #1: as the recipe directed, cheddar and onion; #2 onion, cheddar and parmesan; and #3 onion, parmesan and roasted red pepper! All were fantastic! I love the flavors of the cheddar and onion, with the salt and pepper finishing it off perfectly! I do want to give you a tip to sprinkle the cheese and onion fairly evenly over the pastry and don't clump it as I did, you will have a crisper, more toasty flavor! DH and I really enjoyed these!   2. Bake 15 mins at 180degC (350degF).
