This recipe comes from a local bar here in Sydney- please don't ask which one. It was a very long night, and I don't remember!!
- Muddle the fruits together in a highball glass.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Top with ice. Stir.
- Do not strain.
Ultra refreshing! Lychees are not in season here so I substituted canned, and used the sugar syrup from the can. It was very sweet - next time I'll probably leave it out. I think it's funny that you don't remember the evening you tried this but managed to get the recipe home with you :-)
Wow, wow, wow! Did you hear me say WOW? This is major delish. I could not find lychee liquer and subbed ume liquer but did use fresh lychees and our own backyard Bearss lime for muddling.
