I got this recipe out of a southern living magazine, this is not your usual pina colada, I loved the banana flavor.
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup light rum
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 15 ice cubes
- shredded coconut, to garnish-optional
- Combine first nine ingredients in blender, blend until ice is finely crushed.
- Top with coconut.
