  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Mix butter, flour and 3/4 cup nuts.
  3. Press into a 9 x 13 inches glass baking dish.
  4. Bake 15 - 18 minute.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip.
  6. Spread over cooled crust.
  7. Mix milk and lemon pudding.
  8. Spread over cream cheese.
  9. Spread 1 cup cool whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped nuts.

This has always been a family favorite. I had lost this recipe...thank goodness for Zaar!! we will also make this after a big dinner...it's so light and refreshing

This is one of my favorite summertime recipes for dessert. I often make 11/2 times the cream cheese and powdered sugar layer just for more decadence! This is really great with chocolate pudding also!
