Super! This is very yummy and its clear amber color makes it a very attractive canned good. I made this by the recipe except that I cooked it longer due to the low quality of pears that I have. I used 4# of minced pears, net. I have made this several times and I like it best when I food process the pears to an applesauce-like consistency. I throw the pineapple in the processor, too. The texture is more pleasing when made this way.
