453.59 g ground beef
680.38 g package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
salt (or what you like) or ground pepper (or what you like)
4-6 slice American cheese

directions

Pan scramble ground beef. Place meat in greased 9x9 baking pan. Add spices on top of meat if you didn't cook them in while scrambling meat. Heat mashed potatoes in microwave as per directions. Spread on top of meat. Place American cheese slices on top potatoes. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted and potato edges are brown. Eat like you did when you were a kid. Except no food fights -- .
