      Very good. I had forgotten how good black-eyed peas can be until I made this recipe the other day. This recipe makes many servings. I only had two cans of black-eyed peas and we still had enough for dinner for 5 with lots of left-overs.

      A definite must have every time we go to Gulf Shores. We make this several times a year for gatherings and everyone loves it.

      Everytime I make this, I'm asked for the recipe. It's that good. Even when I've not put in the parsley or peppers it's been wonderful. I only use 1T sugar. This is a great dish to take for "potluck". Thanks SugarMegnolia.

      We tried la caviar at lulu's at the urging of our son and fell in love with it. I was so happy to find the recipe and have made it for several get togethers, with everone raving over it.
