• 354.88 ml graham cracker crumbs
• 59.14 ml sugar
• 59.14 ml butter (not spread or tub product) or 59.14 ml margarine, melted (not spread or tub product)
• 566.99 g cream cheese, softened
• 177.44 ml sugar
• 2 extra large eggs
• 44.37 ml unsweetened cocoa
• 29.58 ml flour
• 14.79 ml vanilla extract
• 118.29 ml miniature marshmallow
• 78.78 ml pecan pieces
• whipped cream, for garnish
• chocolate syrup, for garnish
• pecan halves (to garnish)

directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F
2. For crust: combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
3. Mix well.
4. Press onto bottom and 1-inch up sides of 9-inch springform pan.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool completely.
7. For filling: beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
8. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
9. Add cocoa, flour and vanilla.
10. Mix just until blended.
11. Fold in marshmallows and pecans.
12. Pour into prepared crust.
13. Bake 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
14. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
15. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and pecan halves, if desired.
