A lower fat peanut butter substitute with peanut butter flavor and consistancy
- 1⁄2 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine ingredients.
- Store in refrigerater.
- Best used as a spread on crackers or bread as a PBJ sandwich.
This was tasty, but not as good to me as regular peanut butter. Maybe it's the brand of cream cheese I used. I'll try a different brand next time.
