My Regular Banana Bread Make with light butter and Splenda

Directions

  1. Beat Splenda and butter together and smooth.
  2. Add eggs and bananas, mix well.
  3. Sift together flour soda and salt. Add to banana mixture. Mix well.
  4. Fold in walnuts.
  5. Pour into greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
