My husband had a heart attack, due to high blood pressure and was placed on a low/no sodium diet, he was to eat green salads.
- Mix all ingredients in a container and shake well pour over your salad.
I've been searching for low sodium blood type B salad dressing recipes and decided to tweak this one to meet my needs. I used olive oil and lemon juice instead of canola oil and vinegar. I guess I didn't like this as much as other reviewers. It was too sweet and too vinegary. It wasn't terrible, it's just that it was too one dimensional...lacking depth and complexity. I added 2 cloves of crushed garlic and it was better but still "raw" tasting. It's a good base to experiment with, but next time I'll use a little less honey and vinegar.
