The meatballs turned out a little mushy for our taste. The flavor was good but the sauce was a touch sweet, didn't have cane juice so used 1 tbsp sugar. Would leave that out next time. The low salt part was fine. Maybe pan fry them instead of cook in the chicken broth, might make them less mushy.
I've never been a fan of ground turkey, but this made a convert out of me. The meatballs were well seasoned and moist, and my son couldn't get enough. Thanks BigfatMomma!
