- 1 (3 3/4 ounce) canvital choice albacore tuna
- 2 tablespoons grated carrots
- 2 ounces grated raw milk sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon really raw honey
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 hard boiled gold circle farm omega3 egg
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients and stir well.
