Awesome protien shake for after a workout! It tastes surprisingly sweet with no sugar.
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed ice
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 3 scoops stevia powder
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened soymilk
- 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped peanuts
- 1. Get a blender or food processor and blend everything except the last ingredient.
- 2. Sprinkle with the chopped peanuts!
