Another weight watcher's recipe. I even eat this when i'm not watching my weight because it's so good - doesn't taste diet at all.
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) candiced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) cansliced carrots
- 1 (16 ounce) can new potatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can low-fat chicken broth or 1 (14 ounce) can fat free chicken broth
- In a large sauce pan, combine together all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
