Low Fat/Sugar Chocolate Zucchini Bread

A traditional chocolate zucchini bread with 2/3 less fat , half the sugar and made with whole wheat flour. The bread is moist and full of flavor, tender and no after taste at all. My eight year old could not tell the difference!

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, pumpkin, oil, sugar and slenda.
  2. 2. Stir in zucchini.
  3. 3. Combine all dry ingridients and mix well.
  4. 4. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a sprayed loaf pan for one hour or until a knife comes out clean.
