I had been looking for orange cauliflower for a long time, and I just happened to come across this recipe right after I found it... and I'm glad I did! It was so ridiculously simple, but fantastic! I hate dealing with fresh garlic, so I used jarred minced garlic instead, and I skipped the olive oil completely; I just sprayed the pan with PAM prior to roasting. I roasted it for 25 minutes, and it turned out perfectly. Thanks for posting!

I used white cauliflower and as it was cooking I thought it wouldn't have very much flavor, especially because it didn't have much of a smell, but it was delicious!

This was simple to make but we thought it could use a bit more flavor. I couldn't find yellow cauliflower so I used the regular white one. I minced the garlic and used garlic salt.

I made this so I could make Pot O' Gold " Cauliflower, Chicken and Rice Soup " #205336. I had a few nibbles and they were great. I will be making this again. It would be a great side dish for a roast pork dinner! Thanks for posting Rita.
