Low Fat Rice Krispie Meat Loaf

Low in fat because you use a mixture of ground turkey, lean ground beef, rice krispies and egg substitute. A dear friend gave me this recipe and it is delicious. You could of coarse use real egg.

Great recipe which we enjoyed with baked potatoes and steamed veggies. The changes I made was using ground pork and ground buffalo -- delish! I also liked that you had convection oven directions -- which I used the full 55 minutes and it came out perfect! Thanks again for sharing this keeper!

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then place in a loaf pan.
  3. Spread ketchup over top.
  4. Bake for 60-75 minutes (or until internal temperature is 160°F) in a standard oven or 55 minutes in a convection oven.
