  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with the cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, heat the oil over meidum heat.
  4. Add the ground turkey,onions,bell peppers and garlic.
  5. Cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, basil, oregano and pepper.
  7. Simmer,covered for 5 minutes.
  8. Pour the meat; mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Sprinkle with the shredded cheeses.
  10. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and Italian seasoning.
  11. Break the crescent rolls apart and roll each triangle flat, slightly enlarging.
  12. Srpead one teaspoon of the sour cream mixture in each triangle.
  13. Roll up as directed on the package.
  14. Place on top the cheese.
  15. Bake for 30 minutes.
