In less than 1 minute, you can have a thick, fruity shake that won't make you feel guilty!
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla pudding, prepared
- 1 cup low-fat peach yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
