  1. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda together.
  2. Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and sugar substitute together.
  3. Blend both bowls of ingredients.
  4. Add in raisins.
  5. Drop batter into rounds on sheet and place in 400 degree oven.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Surprisingly good! It´s a soft and very chewy kind of cookie with an excellent taste! I didn´t miss the fat at all. I give only 4 stars because the recipe doesn´t say what to do with the 5 teaspoons water. Because the batter consistency was wet enough and didn´t need any more liquid, I suppose the water was to soak the raisins (?).
