Simple quick healthier option for a sweet treat
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cover cookie trays with baking paper.

Cream oil and sugars together.

Add egg whites, vanilla and water and mix well.

Add oats, flour, wheat bran, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and mix gently until blended

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes.
