This is a low-fat mayonnaise that is particularly good with fish.
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
