I'm not American and I've never made cookies before so I could have done with more detailed Directions. Both the reviews were helpful and I used 1 cup of cherries and 1 of sultanas. Not enough ginger for us, I would use 3 teaspoonsful next time and maybe even more. They needed 15+ minutes to cook but this may be a result of converting the temperatures a bit loosely. Will make them again and thanks.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. I tried the recipe as is and it is good! The second time around I tweaked it a bit. I used Safflower Oil in place of lighter bake butter. In place of sugar substitute, I used 1/2 cup Natural Florida Crystals. I used 1/2 cup water, added 1/2 teaspoon Orange extract, used 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 3 teaspoons Nutmeg. Then I added 1/2 cup Golden Raisins, 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries, and 1 cup Pecans. I eliminated the Cherries. I used a Ice Cream Scoop to drop them on a greased cookie sheet. This makes 15 -4" cookies. I baked them at 350 deg. for 18 minutes. Sorry for all the changes, but they are good. Excellent basic recipe, easy to make changes. Thanks!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. Sign in or create an account

I modified this recipe and would love to know how to figure out a new nutritional analysis for the modified version. If anyone can help me, please email me: email@example.com. I am not big on nutmeg or ginger, so I used only 1 tsp. of nutmeg and 1 tsp of ginger. Also used only 1 cup of dried cherries and cut them in half with scissors. But, these are REALLY GOOD cookies for someone who wants to keep the calories down. Still not sure how to get 66 cookies out of the recipe, unless they are the size of a quarter???people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful...
