      This tasted good, but it was a little bland. We added some chili sauce to it and that did the trick! Thanks for sharing.

      This turned out very nice. The sauce needed a little something. I'll make this again, but next time I think I'll add the cashew butter like another reviewer suggested. Thanks! I love Pad Thai. :) Made for PAC Fall 2008.

      needed more spices-sort of bland and I added pineapple- that helped a lot

      This was great and easy. I used all the optional toppings except for the chilies. I also added 1 Tbs of cashew butter to the wok to make it a bit creamy. (blended cashews with olive oil.) Very flavorful, my husband doesn't usually go for vegan and he loved it.
