Enjoy a flavored coffee while you watch your weight. This mix is significantly cheaper than the equivalent ready-made product.
- 1⁄2 cup instant coffee powder or 1⁄2 cup instant coffee granules
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat powdered nondairy creamer or 2⁄3 cup non-fat non-dairy creamer
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 26 packets artificial sweetener
- Mix the coffee, creamer, and cinnamon.
- Store in a small plastic canister.
- To serve, put 1 1/2 teaspoons of mix in a mug of hot water.
- Add 1 packet sweetner.
- Stir and enjoy.
I LOVE this! I cut coffee out of my diet months ago but miss the morning cup in my hand. This totally does. At night when I start to get hungry and want something I drink a cup of this. It's perfect, cheap and better than the store bought stuff. I've been drinking it for a couple months now and have told ALL of my friends about it! Have used it to make a smoothie using low fat vanilla soy milk!!!
