Great substitute for the real grilled cheese
- 1 slice of kraft singles 2% low-fat swiss cheese (reduced fat)
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1.Put the cheese slice on the bread.
- 2. Spread the flaxseed on the cheese.
- 3. Cover with the other slice of bread.
- 4.Put 1 teaspon of butter on each bred slice. Pur in a panini-press preferably or in a skillet.
